TransactNOW Installation

Thank you for your interest in TransactNOW.

 

If you are a current user of TransactNOW and are looking to upgrade or are installing the software for the first time, please continue with the instructions below. However, if you are an administrator wanting to set up TransactNOW for the first time in a multiple users environment, please go to the TransactNOW Administration web page for more information and additional download files. Note: This will prompt for your username and password on the Vertafore Customer Support Web site. 

 

To begin using TransactNOW please follow these steps. 

  1. Review the System Requirements prior to installing the TransactNOW software. 
  2. Print or save a copy of the TransactNOW Manual.
  3. Next, click on the download now button to install the TransactNOW software for each user/workstation.* 

    Start Download Now

  4. Configure your carrier credentials in TransactNOW.**
  5. Complete the configuration for your Vertafore management system.**
  6. Select customer/policy and process transactions.**

    Sagitta users: ImportItEX.exe must be installed on your PC prior to installing TransactNOW.  You can install ImportItEX.exe from My Sagitta > Utilities.

If you have problems with the installation, please create a case in FOCUS for your management system using an TransactNOW problem type or by calling 800.456.7895.

 

 

*In previous releases of TransactNOW there were three separate workstation installers; Standard, Network version and one for AMS 360. Beginning with version 6.0 there is only one workstation installer.
