AMS 360 Web Services
Gain efficiencies with Web Services
Web Services allow you to connect your AMS 360 system with external applications like your company website or other third-party applications.
How do you use Web Services?
A good example is if your agency's website offers customers the ability to update contact information, Web Services will update this information directly into the AMS 360 database—this happens automatically without any manual entry.
How does it work?
Through the use of the AMS 360 Web Services API (WSAPI), machines can be connected over a network or the Internet allowing for authorized retrieval, insertion and updating of data, directly to and from the AMS 360 database.
The WSAPI allows you to control who is authorized to perform various operations with your AMS 360 data. You can choose to restrict access to particular operations or data for any WSAPI user by configuring access during setup and maintenance.
